JOB SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Coordinator is the face of Stanton Norfolk! This individual will be responsible for greeting guests and for performing general administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, inclusive of others, have the ability to manage multiple priorities and to maintain a positive attitude.

Stanton Norfolk Inc. is a division of Asian Americans for Equality, Inc. (AAFE) that manages the day-to-day operations of over 800 units of affordable housing across nearly 50 multifamily properties serving over 1,100 individuals and families in Manhattan and Queens neighborhoods, including Chinatown/Lower East Side, Flushing, and the Far Rockaways. Currently, Stanton Norfolk’s portfolio is comprised of full tax credit / affordable properties, as well as commercial spaces as part of mixed-use buildings. JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact by providing professional reception services, including answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the appropriate recipients.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist with the management of credit card invoices processing for maintenance.
- Receive and distribute marketing documents to the appropriate case manager, ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Receive and Review tenant renewal leases, coordinating with the appropriate departments for any necessary follow-up.
- Schedule Con Edison inspections and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
- Perform such other tasks as may be required from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask, to work on several tasks at once while paying attention to details.
- Ability to interact and build professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Familiarity with YARDI preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Chinese or English/Spanish.
